智通财经APP讯，开源控股(01215)发布公告，于2024年11月15日(联交所交易时段后)，项目拥有人MCE OpCo(公司全资附属公司)与总承包商Sinfonic订立翻新协议，据此，总承包商已同意对该酒店进行翻新工程，翻新合约价为1128.03万欧罗(不包括增值税)(相当于约9272.42万港元)。
公告称，翻新协议已订立，以进行该酒店其他部分的翻新。董事会认为翻新工程将提升该酒店的入住率、收益及业务价值。
