消息面上， 新焦点发布公告称，公司收到青岛国瑞通知，获悉其已与深圳市商旅通(作为原告)达成和解，深圳市商旅通表明其与深圳道度、青岛国瑞之间不存在任何借贷关系，法院已裁定准许解除对青岛国瑞持有的深圳道度的股权冻结。据股权结构显示，新焦点的大股东是香港道度，持股60.69%，而深圳道度持有香港道度全部股权，其大股东是青岛国瑞。
据公开报道，2022年12月21日，新焦点发布公告宣布完成股权交割，将总办事处变更为位于青岛莱西经济开发区的青岛新焦点控股有限公司。
今年8月14日，新焦点发布的青岛国瑞所持深圳道度100%股权已被冻结公告引发广发关注，其中显示，股权冻结自2024年7月18日起，为期三年。此安排与深圳市商旅通作为申请人提起的与深圳道度及青岛国瑞的民间借贷纠纷诉讼有关。
