智通财经APP讯，新耀莱(00970)公布，于2024年9月6日，经第一被告人与该公司同意，该公司已就第一被告人因该等程序而产生的讼费向第一被告人缴付约616.23万港元作为全数及最终和解金额。
另一方面，根据香港高等法院日期为2024年9月16日的命令，该公司向第二被告人提出的申索已被终止，而该公司已向第二被告人缴付40万港元作为其程序讼费的全数及最终和解金额。该金额乃经由高等法院循简易程序评定为第二被告人的讼费。
经考虑所有与该等程序相关的法律文件、支付和解金额不会对集团的日常业务及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响后，董事会认为和解金额可以接受。董事会亦谨此告知公司股东及潜在投资者，禁制令及该等程序已审结。
