11月21日，拼多多发布三季度财报，营收达到994亿元，同比增长44%，与上个季度相比，营收增速有所放缓，也低于市场预估的1028.3亿元预期。利润达250亿元，同比增长61%，环比下降22%。第三季度调整后每美国存托股（ADS）收益18.59元，低于市场预估的20.19元。

截至2024年9月30日，拼多多现金、现金等价物和短期投资为3085亿元人民币（440亿美元），而截至2023年12月31日为2172亿元人民币。

截至记者发稿，拼多多美股盘前跳水跌逾14%。

对此，业内分析认为，业绩不及预期一方面是因为电商行业竞争依然激烈，另一方面是平台的“百亿减免”等举措影响了短期的财报表现。财报表示，过去这个季度，拼多多先后推出“百亿减免”“电商西进”“新质商家扶持计划”等举措，持续扩大对生态建设的投资。

对于三季度财报，拼多多CEO陈磊表示，在财务数据之外，更加看重生态投资带来的长期价值，“未来几个季度，拼多多将继续投入‘新质供给’等战略，给用户、商家及产业带来更长远的回报。”
