Wah Wo Holdings Group (HKG:9938) expects a net profit of about HK$700,000 to HK$1.7 million for the six months ended Sept. 30, compared with a net loss of HK$1.6 million for the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the expected turnaround to the increased revenue of the group's ongoing projects, reaching approximately HK$161.0 million, gross profits of HK$10.1 million, and a HK$2.4 million decrease in fair value losses on investment properties.
The facade works services company plans to publish its interim results on Nov. 29.
