Beijing SPC Environment Protection Tech (SHE:002573) appointed Chen Zhu as chair, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Chen has served as deputy general manager of Sichuan Guoke Asset Management as well as secretary and director of the party branch of the party committee office of Sichuan Development Holdings.
Shares of the industrial flue gas treatment provider were down 2% Tuesday.
