智通财经APP讯，进业控股(08356)公布截至2024年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，收益减少约24.0%至约1.716亿港元，公司拥有人应占溢利436.4万港元，同比扭亏为盈;每股盈利6港仙。
公告称，收益减少乃主要由于本期间内达到维护期或接近完工阶段的若干土木工程项目的工程量减少以及集团一名客户延迟经核证付款及进度付款所致。由净亏损转为本期间净溢利主要由于一次性确认修订承兑票据的收益，其由毛利减少;本期间就贸易应收款项及合约资产计提额外预期信贷亏损拨备;及行政及营运开支增加的综合影响所抵销。
