财中社11月28日电浙大网新（600797）发布关于参股公司杭州九源基因工程股份有限公司在香港联交所主板挂牌上市的公告。公告显示，九源基因于2024年11月28日在香港联交所上市，股票代码为2566，全球发售新股数量为4540万股，发行价格为12.42港元/股。
公司通过全资子公司网新创投持有九源基因2451万股，占其发行后总股份数约9.99%。九源基因的股份禁售期为上市后12个月。根据相关会计准则，公司将所持九源基因的股权划分为“以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产”，并列报在“其他非流动金融资产”。九源基因上市预计将对公司2024年财务状况与经营成果产生积极影响，具体影响待会计师年度审计确认。
2024年前三季度，浙大网新实现收入23.00亿元，归母净利润-4959万元。
