DXC与ServiceNow共建的GenAI卓越中心致力于协助客户通过结合DXC AI Impact核心功能——涵盖咨询、工程和安全企业服务——以及ServiceNow GenAI解决方案Now Assist，来加快他们在人工智能领域的进展。在GenAI卓越中心，DXC人工智能顾问将引导合作客户通过人工智能实现技术现代化，从而提升技术性能并实现切实的业务成果。 例如，DXC在其服务交付平台上部署了Now Assist，为500多家客户革新了事件管理流程，并通过人工智能提升成果。此次合作进一步巩固了DXC作为ServiceNow领先合作伙伴的地位，双方已有15年的合作关系。
