澳大利亚电池材料供应商Novonix周一表示，已与大众汽车旗下的PowerCo签署了一份具有约束力的承购协议，将向后者供应至少3.2万吨高性能合成石墨。

　　作为协议的一部分，Novonix将从2027年开始向PowerCo提供5年的合成石墨材料。

　　PowerCo由大众汽车集团创立，是一家负责国际工厂运营的电池公司。

　　Novonix表示，其位于田纳西州查塔努加（Chattanooga）的Riverside工厂预计将于2025年开始商业化生产，目标产量为每年2万吨。

　　这家电池材料供应商还表示，该公司一直在推进在美国东南部建立第二家生产工厂的计划，该工厂的初始产能为每年3万吨，并计划将其扩大到每年7.5万吨。
