金吾财讯 | 据媒体引述知情人士指，大连万达集团正计划以所持有的商场物业资产，成立一个规模介乎500亿至900亿元人民币的基金，筹集资金以支付税款和债务。作为中国楼市危机中少数未有债务违约的大型房地产公司之一，消息指万达集团管理层近日在香港与债券持有人举行会议，透露目标是在2025年前完成募资。今年集团向太盟投资(PAG)主导财团出售万达商业股权，预期今次所得资金有部分会用于支付该交易今明两年带来的约100亿元人民币税务开支。
