青瓷游戏更换核数师，立信德豪接任
财中社11月29日电青瓷游戏（06633）发布公告，宣布更换核数师。原核数师罗兵咸永道会计师事务所自2024年11月29日起辞任，原因是考虑到市场信息及公司业务状况。董事会确认与罗兵咸永道之间没有意见分歧或争议，且该公司未发出与辞任相关的任何情况说明。
新核数师香港立信德豪会计师事务所自2024年11月29日起生效，任期至下届股东周年大会结束。董事会在审计委员会的建议下作出此决定，认为立信德豪具备独立性及专业能力，符合公司及股东的整体利益。董事会对罗兵咸永道的专业服务表示感谢，并对立信德豪的加入表示热烈欢迎。
