智通财经APP讯，奥思集团(01161)发布公告，集团预计截至2024年9月30日止年度股东应占纯利约6500万港元至6900万港元，而截至2023年9月30日止年度则取得约1.102亿港元。纯利减少主要由于以下因素：报告年度毛利轻微上升;对高绩效员工采取的措施导致员工成本上升;为提升本集团的品牌形象，投资于高知名度及高影响力的广告活动导致营销开支增加;确认非现金商誉减值约1140万港元。本集团于香港具有重要地位且增长前景理想，为提升本集团的盈利能力，本集团将专注于在香港提供可靠及顶级美容服务及产品;及由于表现未如理想，故将不会延长HABA产品于中国内地的分销权;及投资物业公平值变动导致取得亏损约3300万港元。
