Qube Holdings (ASX:QUB) subsidiary, Qube Treasury, priced an issuance of AU$600 million of senior unsecured fixed-rate medium-term notes, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes comprise AU$350 million of seven-year notes due December 2031 and AU$250 million of 10-year notes due December 2034.
The seven-year notes are priced at a yield of roughly 5.65% and the 10-year notes at a yield of 6.02%, equating to a credit spread of 155 basis points and 175 basis points, respectively, the filing stated.
Settlement is on Dec. 11. Proceeds will be used to repay some of Qube's drawn bank facilities.
