智通财经APP讯，陆控(06623)发布公告，如2024年10月28日公告所披露，于该公告日期，安科技术及平安海外控股各自持有约34.10%及22.72%股份。安科技术是平安金融科技的全资子公司，而平安金融科技由平安集团全资拥有。平安海外控股是平安集团的直接全资子公司。
按该公告进一步披露，Tun Kung于该公告日期持有约17.78%股份。于该公告日期，Lanbang及Tongjun各自持有Tun Kung已发行及流通在外股本的56.37%及 43.63%。
于2024年12月5日，董事会接获安科技术通知，指Lanbang、安科技术与Tun Kung已订立三方协议，据此，Tun Kung离岸认购期权将予修订，使安科技术可购买由Tun Kung持有的1.74亿股股份(相当于股份总数约10.02%)，而非购买Lanbang所持有的全部Tun Kung股份，而作为上述股份转让的代价，Tun Kung须购回Lanbang所持有的全部Tun Kung股份。于2024年12月5日紧随完成上述期权行使及股份转让后，安科技术连同平安海外合共持有约66.85%股份，及Tun Kung持有约7.76%股份。
此外，根据公司可得的资料及就董事会所深知，公司已于紧随股份转让后及于本公告日期遵照联交所证券上市规则维持足够的公众持股量。
