智通财经APP获悉，多点数智(02586)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价30.21港元，共发行2577.4万股股份，所得款项净额将约为6.24亿港元。该股早盘低开28%，全天震荡走低，截至发稿，跌幅扩大至52.73%，报14.28港元，成交额5822.98万港元。
公开资料显示，多点数智Dmall成立于2015年，为本地零售业提供基于云的一站式端到端的数字零售SaaS平台，成立之初其就开始向物美集团提供服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，于2023年，按收益计算，公司是中国最大的零售数字化解决方案服务商以及亚洲领先的零售数字化解决方案服务商。
招股书显示，多点Dmall的关联客户主要是“物美系”。2021年到2023年期间，五大客户产生的收益分别占比70.2%、76.6%及81.7%。其中，最大客户物美集团贡献的收益占比高达45.3%、44.1%及53%。作为公司大客户的同时，物美集团还身兼多点数智的供应商，物美集团为多点Dmall的五大供应商之一。
