智通财经APP讯，傲基股份(02519)发布公告，根据香港法例第571W章证券及期货(稳定价格)规则第9(2)条，本公司宣布，有关全球发售的稳定价格期间于2024年12月5日(星期四)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。
稳定价格操作人或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期间进行的稳定价格行动载列如下：超额分配国际发售中合共448.41万股H股，相当于全球发售项下初步可供认购发售股份总数的15%(于任何超额配股权获行使前);及于稳定价格期间在市场上以每股H股11.60港元至14.88港元的价格连续购入合共448.41万股H股。于稳定价格期间，稳定价格操作人或代其行事的任何人士于2024年11月27日在市场上按每股H股11.60港元的价格最后一次购入股份。
公司进一步宣布，整体协调人(代表国际包销商)于稳定价格期间并无行使超额配股权，而超额配股权于2024年12月5日(星期四)失效。因此，本公司并无且将不会根据超额配股权发行H股。
