智通财经APP获悉，国鸿氢能(09663)上周四股价闪崩，当日收跌近37%。今日午后股价再跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.72%，报10.9港元，成交额1245.62万港元。
消息面上，国鸿氢能迎来大笔解禁。公告显示，该公司单一最大股东广东鸿运氢能源科技有限公司及其他现有股东的禁售股份截止日期为12月4日。据统计，国鸿氢能此次大笔解禁涉及47名股东，累计解禁股数超3.58亿股，占公司总股本约69%。此外，今年8月，公司公告称，约2.73亿股内资股已于2024年8月27日完成转换为H股。
根据国鸿氢能2024年中期报告，国鸿氢能上半年实现收入约1.33亿元，同比减少37.3%。国鸿氢能表示，收入减少主要由于集团所处的氢燃料电池行业仍处于商业化的早期阶段，经营业绩存在一定波动性；上半年公司新产品处于量产导入阶段，产能释放需要过渡时间，氢燃料电池系统销量下降。
