智通财经APP讯，金阳新能源(01121)公布，该公司及全资附属公司尚义县金阳新能源科技有限公司(目标公司)已就其于河北省张家口尚义县建设一个新异质结高效20万千瓦光伏太阳能电池电站项目订立若干协议。该集团获分配权利以根据中国适用法律开发该项目，而目标公司已成立以承担该项目。
目标公司已就该项目订立一份工程、采购及建设合同(EPC合同)，合同金额约人民币9亿元。
此外，该公司与目标公司已就出售公司于目标公司的全部股权订立具法律约束力的意向书，拟向北京京能清洁能源电力股份有限公司北京分公司出售目标公司100%股权，代价约100万元。
公告称，集团将会协助兴建目标公司的20万千瓦发电站其中包括提供光伏产品。董事会相信，订立意向书及EPC合同将为集团光伏产品开辟新销售途径，从而提升集团的未来收入。此外，该项目为集团首次与中国国内大型发电企业合作。除了针对家用市场的现有海外柔性组件及太阳能遮阳棚等集团产品外，集团作为光伏设备主要供应商将利用这个基础推广集团的混合钝化背接触太阳能组件产品在中国以及国际的集中式电站应用。
