Cirtek Holdings' (HKG:1433) subsidiary Charming Printing (Boluo) agreed to purchase a UV inkjet printer from Konica Minolta Business Solutions (CHINA) for 9.8 million yuan, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The group will use the purchased machinery for its business operations and to increase its capacity regarding the sales of printing products.
The group intends to fund the purchase with its internal resources.
