智通财经APP讯，中国旭阳集团(01907)公布，近日，该集团与山西焦煤集团有限责任公司、中国平煤神马控股集团有限公司联合其他14家成员单位发起成立中国焦煤焦化品牌集群。品牌集群的成立标志着中国焦化产业品牌的确立。有利于提升行业集中度，加强行业自律，提升行业整体运营管理水准，为中国式现代化做出行业应有的贡献。
成立品牌集群主要是推动中国焦化品牌走向世界及建立国际焦煤焦化品牌中心。目前，旭阳作为全球最大的独立焦炭生产商及供应商，品牌集群的主要目标是主导发布中国焦煤品牌百强榜、焦化品牌百强榜等、共同打造一批世界级的中国焦煤焦化品牌、共同推动中国焦煤焦化品牌走向世界及实现中国品牌的全球共用。
除此之外，公司期望，透过成立品牌集群，逐步实现焦化行业的健康发展与焦炭市场的良性运行、确保市场供需基本平衡、改变焦化行业的弱势地位、提升焦化行业的话语权、宣导公平公正竞争。透过打造“诚信+品质+服务”的品牌效应及加强对标交流，同业可以相互学习和共同进步。
公司董事会预期，品牌集群有助于确立中国焦化产业品牌并走向世界，以及不断提升焦化行业运行之后，再通过集团将近30年的运营管理服务、兼并收购等多种发展策略和模式，公司将继续扩大全球焦炭及精细化工产品的生产、供应及管理能力，并提升集团于中国以至全球焦炭和化工行业的服务水准。
