中国建材(03323.HK) 今早股价造好，最新报3.61元升3.1%。中银国际发表研报指，中国建材(03323.HK) 日前宣布附条件现金要约，计划回购最多8.417亿股H股，占总股本9.98%，每股作价4.03元，较上交易日收市价溢价15.14%。目前中国建材母公司及其一致行动人合共持有中国建材45.02%的股份，若是次股份回购要约获全数接纳并注销所有回购股份，其母公司及其一致行动人的持股比例将提升至50.01%。
该行认为，是次回购将为其现有H股股东提供一个高价退出或增加实际持股量的机会，同时母企及一致行动人亦可提升对中国建材的控制。憧憬中国建材的盈利能力将于第四季起按季大幅改善，早前已将其评级从“持有”上调至“买入”，给予目标价3.87元。展望回购获得批准行，中银预期中国建材或有进一步上升空间。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-06 16:25。)
