智通财经APP讯，时代电气(03898)公布，于2024年12月13日，该公司与中车株洲所、襄阳中车电机、中车电动及中车商用车动力签署股权转让协议。根据股权转让协议，该公司同意收购而转让方同意出售其所持有的中车商用车动力合计100%股权，股权转让对价总额约为人民币1.07亿元。于股权转让完成后，公司将直接持有中车商用车动力100%股权，中车商用车动力将成为公司的全资附属公司及中车商用车动力的财务业绩将并入该集团财务报表。
公告称，公司致力于成为全球一流汽车电驱零部件及系统集成商，商用车电驱业务的并购，有利于加速实现公司汽车电驱产业的规划目标，持续做大做强新能源汽车电驱产业板块，实现公司电驱产业规模的持续增长和地位的稳步提升。
公司通过收购商用车电驱业务，在技术协同方面，可以推动乘商共用研发平台，降低研发成本，提升研发速度，实现在中低功率段电驱产品从乘用车电驱向商用车电驱领域的延伸;市场协同方面，可以借助乘用车电驱客户的资源，推动商用车中重卡电驱业务的拓展;在供应链协同方面，通过共性物流共用供应商，共享供应资源，有利于提高供应链议价能力，降低采购生产成本，提升电驱产品的市场竞争力。
