菲律宾央行公布，下调指标逆回购利率25点子，至5.75%，符市场预期。央行称，当地通胀仍处于政策目标范围内，经风险调整后明年通胀预测由对上一次会议时的3.3%轻微上调至3.4%；后年通胀预测维持3.7%。通胀预期仍受控。
央行认为国内需求维持但偏弱。随着通胀放缓及劳工市场环境改善，料支持国内私人消费开支。但外围环境的下行风险或具体化，损害经济活动及市场气氛。
