福田实业更新三项持续关联交易
财中社12月20日电福田实业（00420）发布公告，更新与中纺集团、AH集团及FM集团的持续关联交易。公告中提到，公司于2024年12月20日签署了2027年物资采购框架协议、2027年AH总销售协议和2027年FM总销售协议，期限均为三年，从2025年1月1日生效至2027年12月31日止。
根据2027年物资采购框架协议，中纺集团将向公司供应用于制造布料及成衣的纺织原料，预计每年交易金额不超过3500万港元。2027年AH总销售协议和2027年FM总销售协议的年度上限分别设定为4.5亿港元和5亿港元，均基于过去的交易金额和未来市场需求的预期。公司与AH集团和FM集团的销售交易在过去几年中占据了总收入的稳定比例，董事会认为此协议将有助于维持现有收入来源并促进未来发展。
