　　龙辉国际控股（01007）发布公告，于2024年12月19日，卖方瑞泽集团与配售代理及本公司订立配售协议；及与本公司订立认购协议。根据配售协议，配售代理同意代表卖方按尽力基准以每股配售股份0.12港元的价格，向独立承配人配售最多2100万股现有股份。根据认购协议，卖方有条件同意按每股认购股份0.12港元的价格认购数目相等于配售代理所成功配售的配售股份数目的新股份。

　　每股配售股份0.12港元较2024年12月19日收市价每股0.135港元折让约11.11%。

　　认购事项的所得款项净额约242万港元（假设配售股份获悉数配售并扣除所有相关开支后）将用作本集团的一般营运资金。
