12月20日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局山西监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，晋商银行股份有限公司太原晋阳支行因贷前调查不尽职，向失信被执行人发放贷款，被罚款30万元。

　　张璐（时任晋商银行股份有限公司太原晋阳支行客户经理）对晋商银行股份有限公司太原晋阳支行贷前调查不尽职，向失信被执行人发放贷款事项负有责任，被警告。
