智通财经APP获悉，新创建集团(00659)现跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.71%，报7.28港元，成交额1920.88万港元。
消息面上，新创建集团近期宣布，自2025年1月2日起公司英文股份简称将由“NWS HOLDINGS”更改为“CTF SERVICES”，而中文股份简称将由“新创建集团”更改为“周大福创建”，股份代号维持不变。
富瑞此前发表报告指，经过多年的重组，新创建集团现在将保险、道路、物流、建筑和设施管理作为其核心支柱。与新世界发展分离后，新创建拥有更大的自主权和财务灵活性。该行指，目前道路业务是集团内最大的分部业务，其次是保险业务。但由于保险业务的快速增长性质，该行预计到2030财年，保险业务将占集团总应占营业利润的一半。
