智通财经APP获悉，东莞农商银行(09889)尾盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.57%，报3.8港元。
消息面上，近年来，中小银行合并重组改革趋势明显，并在今年呈现出“井喷式”发展。光大银行宏观研究员周茂华指出，市场化、有效率的中小银行兼并重组，有助于理顺股权结构、完善内部治理、加快处置历史遗留问题与不良资产，让个别经营不善、风险较大的小型银行稳步“退出”市场，降低系统风险。同时，通过合并重组，优化资源配置、实现银行量和质的提升。
国海证券指出，政策发力化债，降低银行风险；提振内需措施或将出台，资本监管高级方法落地后银行ROE有望提升。我们认为银行估值有进一步提升的空间，维持银行行业“推荐”评级。
