　　德益控股（09900）飙升45%，昨日复牌暴涨98%。截至发稿，股价上涨45%，现报5.8港元，成交额226.80万港元。

　　德益控股日前公布，主席曾昭群与股东鼎星投资向Asia General（要约人）出售公司合共32.33%持股，涉及1.202亿股，总代价9692万港元，相当于每股作价0.806港元。完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本36.23%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.806港元，较停牌前收报折让60.1%，涉及最高现金金额约2.03亿港元。结束后，要约人拟维持股份于联交所上市。
