　　中基长寿科学（00767）公布，于2024年12月23日，该公司的全资附属公司浤烽发展有限公司与幸福万家（北京）国际旅行社有限公司订立谅解备忘录，据此，浤烽发展与幸福万家有意共同在国内投资设立合资公司。

　　拟进行的可能设立合资公司事项将包括双方共同在中国国内投资设立合资公司，为用户提供长寿生物制品、长寿医学检测、健康消费、康养文旅等大健康产业服务，同时提供精准数据赋能、新传媒赋能以及融合消费赋能的健康产业的大健康产业。

　　浤烽发展能够提供产品及服务及管理系统的支持，而幸福万家能够提供中国国内客户资源、康养文旅资源、及市场及销售管道。订约双方将继续商讨可能设立合资公司事项，务求尽快签订正式合资协议。该备忘录不具备法律约束力。
