Sizemore Capital Management 公司的首席投资官Charles Sizemore表示:塔吉特的困境已经持续了几年,没有快速解决的办法。“后期的广告激增会鼓励购物者在年底前在塔吉特消费礼品卡吗?也许吧,”Sizemore 说,“我不一定会这么认为。”
