亿达中国(03639.HK) 宣布，罗申美会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自本周二(24日)起生效，董
事会已议决委任柏淳会计师事务所为公司新任核数师，以填补罗申美辞任后之临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
董事会目前正在与柏淳合作估计2023年年度业绩和年报的预计发布日期，将适时公布2023年年度业绩和年报，并适时就刊发2024年中期业绩预计日期作出进一步公告。
公司股份已于2024年4月2日起暂停于联交所买卖，并将继续停牌，直至公司履行复牌指引及额外复牌指引为止。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
