周二有报道称，黑山宪法法院驳回了韩国前加密货币大亨、Terraform Labs创始人权道亨（Do Kwon）就引渡判决提出的上诉。
据黑山当地媒体报道，宪法法院以法律问题为由，一致否决了权道亨提出的上诉。
根据最新的决定，黑山共和国的司法部长将决定权道亨是在国内还是在美国接受审判。从黑山司法部的立场来看，权道亨被引渡到美国的可能性更大。
权道亨目前正被韩国和美国通缉，面临调查和起诉，罪名与该公司的TerraUSD和Luna稳定币在2022年5月的崩盘有关。
去年3月，他因持假护照旅行而在黑山被捕。
