智通财经APP讯，海南发展(002163.SZ)公告，公司与中国铁建昆仑投资集团有限公司、广东启迪科技发展投资集团有限公司三方拟在工程建设、新能源、新材料、产业园区开发运营等领域建立长期、全面战略合作关系，于近日签署了《战略合作协议》。
根据协议，在依法依规的情况下，三方就中航三鑫玻璃加工厂城市更新项目开展合作。三方将聚焦核心产业，充分发挥各自优势，整合上下游资源，积极与政策性产业发展方向协同，推进项目“投、建、营”一体化布局，为项目提供最优质的产业导入、孵化以及招商等服务，提升产业综合运营管理能力。共同把项目打造成集总部、研发、高端制造等一体化的产业基地。
截至目前,中航三鑫石岩玻璃加工厂城市更新项目尚未正式开工建设，实施进度滞后，致使深圳市启迪三鑫科技园发展有限公司未能按约定时间向公司交付回迁物业。鉴于三方就包括石岩项目在内的重点合作项目达成初步合作意向，若后续具体交易事项能够达成且实施，将有利于推进石岩项目建设和保障公司权益的实现。
