智通财经APP讯，华检医疗(01931)发布公告，于2024年12月30日(交易时段后)，公司与Believe In AI Technology Limited(卖方)就公司(或其代名人)建议透过收购一间私人公司(目标公司)部分股份的方式投资目标公司订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。
目标集团主要从事于提供人工智能高密度算力液冷解决方案之业务，专注于包括先进浸没式液冷设施及设备的研发、生产、建设、部署、运营及维护以及售后服务在内的全链服务。
公司已向OTC Markets Group Inc.申请其普通股于美国场外交易市场进行跨境交易。于场外交易市场进行跨境交易并非新发售股份。
董事会认为，于场外交易市场进行跨境交易符合公司及公司股东的利益，原因为此举将为公司提供接触美国场外交易资本市场的途径，吸引更广泛的投资者，以适中成本拓宽公司的投资者基础，并提升公司股份的流动性及吸引力。
