智通财经APP讯，中远海运国际(00517)发布公告，远华为本公司的非全资附属公司，由本公司全资附属公司远通持有51%股权。于2024年12月30日，卖方与远通订立股份购买协议;据此，远通同意从卖方收购远华余下49%的股权，代价为29.25万美元(相当于约227.7万港元)。交割后，远华将会成为远通及本公司的全资附属公司。
透过本次交易，远华将成为本公司的全资附属公司，有利于本公司进一步完善在北美地区的备件供应及技术服务布局，提升远华的盈利能力及服务水平，亦有助本公司在该地区寻求其他商机。
