　　康耐特光学发布公告，有关公司向香港歌尔泰克有限公司（承配人）配售新H股股份，公司获承配人通知，配售公布后，其已与若干现有股东（公司控股股东除外）进行磋商以收购若干现有股份。于本公告日期，承配人有条件同意向现有股东收购不超过4280万股股份。倘该等收购全部完成，将导致承配人于配售后持有合共9612.5万股股份。该等收购须视条件而定，且未必会全部完成，承配人将自现有股东收购的最终股份数目及建议收购的完成时间尚未确定。
