梁家钿先生已获委任为独立非执行董事。梁家钿先生亦已获委任为薪酬委员会主席，以及审核委员会、提名委员会及风险管理委员会各自的成员。
梁佳颖女士已提呈辞任公司的公司秘书，并将不再担任联交所上市规则第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表。
蔡俊伟先生已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表。
