智通财经APP获悉，中国秦发(00866)盘中涨超17%，截至发稿，涨13.93%，报1.39港元，成交额1185.99万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所披露文件，2024年12月30日，翟依峰增持3200万股普通股股份，价值约3776万港元。增持后，翟依峰持仓比例由0.08%升至1.34%。此外，公司近期发布公告，将于2025年1月24日派发特别股息每股0.02港元。
值得注意的是，中国秦发近期完成出售力远发展40%股权。国盛证券指出，随着股权交割的顺利完成，该行认为中国秦发的资产负债表有望得到显著的改善，有息负债的明显优化亦明显减少公司财务费用，进而有望增厚公司年度利润，为公司未来开拓印尼其余矿区建设打下基础。
