　　公告称，公司及其顾问将继续与公司各持份者进行讨论，致力实现公司境外债务的整体重组方案，以保障持份者的利益及确保公平对待所有适用债权人。公司感谢债权人在整个过程中对公司的不懈支持及鼎力参与。
