智通财经APP获悉，卓越教育集团(03978)涨超11%，截至发稿，涨11.7%，报4.2港元，成交额674.68万港元。
消息面上，卓越教育集团发布公告称，公司董事会宣布，其已批准2024年、2025年及2026年三个财政年度的派息计划(三年派息计划)。根据三年派息计划，公司计划在未来三年逐步将派息比率提高至上一个财政年度归属于公司所有者净利润的50%、60%及70%，并通过末期及中期股息分两次派付。
华泰证券此前研报指出，双减后公司坚守教育本质，积极适配新环境新要求，围绕素质教育、全日制复习、职业教育等方向加快转型，运营效率显著提升，收入利润快速修复性增长。该行预计未来三年公司有望持续受益于区域竞争格局改善红利。
