赛迪顾问陈永正辞任独立非执行董事 方虹斌接任
财中社1月8日电赛迪顾问（02176）发布公告，宣布于2025年1月8日举行的临时股东大会的投票结果。此次会议上，已发行股份总数为7亿股，包括2.09亿股H股和4.91亿股内资股。所有提呈的普通决议案均获得100%的赞成票，分别是审议及批准陈永正辞任独立非执行董事，以及委任方虹斌为新的独立非执行董事。
方虹斌的任命于2025年1月8日正式生效，并将担任至第八届董事会任期结束。方虹斌享有每年14万元的董事薪酬，具体分红和薪资将由董事会根据市场情况及其贡献进行酌情决定。此外，陈永正已辞任审计委员会和提名委员会成员，方虹斌同时被委任为这两个委员会的成员。
