　　医汇集团（08161）发布公告，于2025年1月9日，卖方（公司的全资附属公司）与买方赵创波订立买卖协议，卖方有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意收购销售股份（相当于目标公司全部已发行股本），代价为1440万港元，并受买卖协议的条款及条件所限。

　　于完成后，目标公司恒泉将不再为公司间接全资附属公司，且目标公司的财务业绩将不再综合计入公司账目内。

　　目标公司恒泉有限公司主要从事经营提供牙科服务的牙科诊所业务，包括牙齿矫正治疗、激光牙科植入手术、牙齿美白及其他一般牙科服务。
