由会德丰地产及港铁公司(00066.HK) 合作发展的日出康城站“GRAND SEASONS”将于短期内上载销售安排，最快下周进行首轮销售。
会德丰地产副主席兼常务董事黄光耀表示，“SEASONS”系列推出至今累售967伙，套现逾60亿元。而最新一期“GRAND SEASONS”自周一公布首张价单，至今录得逾千人查询，约7成为用家，约3成为投资客；当中将军澳区占6成，其余4成为外区客。
他续提到，首张价单推出138伙，涵盖一房至三房一套、特色户。首批单位折实呎价13,989元起，折实平均呎价为14,773元， 对比上一期“PARK SEASONS”最新价单6号的折实平均呎价14,998元，今次低近1.5%。
另外，展望2025年，集团计划将有7个项目推出市场，预计超过2,400个单位，分别为GRAND SEASONS、湾仔春园街项目、山顶种植道一号首阶段之5座洋房、古洞24区地皮项目第一期、黄竹坑站上盖港岛南岸第6期—第1期、九龙塘龙庭里超级豪宅项目第一期、及由集团、中国海外(00688.HK) 、九仓(00004.HK) 、恒地(00012.HK) 、嘉华国际(00173.HK) 合作发展的启德PARK PENINSULA 6554 4A2地皮项目之第一期。(sl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-09 16:25。)
