截至2024年12月31日止12个月，该集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币101.1亿元，同比减少为31.1%;总合同销售建筑面积1,494,749平方米，同比减少为31.3%;每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,767元，同比增加为0.3%。
