Shares of Rexford Industrial Realty edged higher after the Los Angeles-based company said wildfires raging in Southern California haven't damaged its properties.
The stock was up 1.5% at $37.73 in after hours trading Friday. Shares closed at $56.08 this time a year ago.
The real estate investment trust said after the markets closed that it doesn't anticipate unfavorable impacts to its operating results or financial condition as a result of the wildfires.
"We are prioritizing the care of our employees, their family members and the larger community and are fortunate all members of the Rexford family are safe," said Michael Frankel and Howard Schwimmer, the company's co-chief executives.
