智通财经APP讯，中国稀土(00769)公布，由2025年1月13日起，蒋才南先生已有退休计划，并已提出辞任执行董事职务;金重先生已有退休计划，并已提出辞任独立非执行董事职务、公司提名委员会主席以及审核委员会及薪酬委员会各成员。
同日起，郭金英女士获委任为执行董事及董事会联席署理主席;文刚锐先生获委任为独立非执行董事、提名委员会主席、审核委员会及薪酬委员会各成员。
此外，于德诚先生辞任授权代表及法律程序文件代理人的职务，徐美凤女士已获委任为本公司联席公司秘书授权代表及法律程序文件代理人。
