消息面上，国富创新公告，董事会建议将公司英文名称由"GoFintech Innovation Limited"更改为"GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited"，并将公司中文双重外文名称由"国富创新有限公司"更改为"国富量子创新有限公司"。
据悉，国富创新近期发布公告，与量旋科技签订战略合作协议。公司将与量旋科技在下述领域进行战略合作：国际资本市场的投融资对接，包括但不限于协助量旋科技与国际机构投资者的对接、上市辅导及融资统筹等；及共同探讨量子科学在金融科技、金融教育、量子金融等领域的运用，促成双方及其战略合作伙伴之间就量子科学在上述领域的开发及应用展开深度合作。
