智通财经APP讯，RIMBACO(01953)发布公告，预计集团将于截至2024年10月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占综合净亏损约不超过1000万令吉，而截至2023年10月31日止年度则为公司拥有人应占综合纯利约2000万令吉。
集团于截至2024年10月31日止年度的财务表现转盈为亏主要归因于(i)一个大型工厂项目及一个商业项目基本竣工导致收益减少;(ii)一个大型工厂项目大幅收窄;(iii)新项目规模较小或仍处于早期建造阶段;及(iv)由于价格竞争，若干新项目的利润率较低。
